Najlepiej to zrobi\u0107 u\u017cywaj\u0105c foremki serowarskiej lub durszlaka z ma\u0142ymi otworami. Wk\u0142adamy go do garnka. Przez otwory nacieka serwatka , ale nie przedostaje si\u0119 skrzep.<br \/>\nPo odlaniu litra serwatki dolewamy tyle samo wody podgrzanej do temp. 30-33 st C. i delikatnie mierzmy oraz podgrzewamy do 48-53 st C.<br \/>\nPo osi\u0105gni\u0119ciu temperatury , tym samym sposobem co poprzednio odlewamy serwatk\u0119 &#8211; tyle ile si\u0119 da.<\/p>\n<p>Po odlaniu serwatki siatk\u0119 (chust\u0119) serowarsk\u0105 wk\u0142adamy do foremki (je\u017celi b\u0119dziemy dociska\u0107 grawitacyjnie) lub do pojemnika pracy (je\u017celi jej u\u017cyjemy do odciskania) Nak\u0142adamy skrzep \u0142y\u017ck\u0105 dok\u0142adnie wype\u0142niaj\u0105c wszystkie przestrzenie, by nie powsta\u0142y puste przestrzenie i za\u0142omy na chu\u015bcie. Po prze\u0142o\u017ceniu ca\u0142o\u015bci lub wype\u0142nieniu formy sk\u0142adamy chust\u0119 i rozpoczynamy odciskanie. Po wst\u0119pnym odciskaniu mo\u017cemy form\u0119 uzupe\u0142ni\u0107.
